Life & Leisure is not responsible for telephone corrections that are called in after scheduled deadlines. The publisher is not responsible for typographical errors or for omissions of copy. In the event of error, the newspaper will furnish a letter to be posted stating the correction. It is agreed that the liability of the publication for any advertising error shall be limited to the actual cost of space utilized to advertise the item that appears incorrect. All claims for error must be made within four days of the publication date. Cancellations or corrections will not be accepted after normal business hours. Position requests honored if available. No adjustments made because of position. A 20% premium will be charged for requested positions. No credits for color discrepancies.
