- Single Sheet Insert $29.00 per 1000
- To print and insert Single Sheet, double sided, preprint $79.00 per 1000
- Up to 4 Pages $45.00 per 1000
- Up to 8 Pages $50.00 per 1000
• A minimum of 10,000 pieces is required.
• Over 4 pages must be viewed for weight
Requirements: Inserts must be boxed or bundled and labeled for “Life & Leisure”. They must be delivered no later than 2 weeks prior to publication date. Please contact Joe Pellegrino at 973-696-8008 to make necessary arrangements. A sample of the insert(s) must first be forwarded to Life & Leisure prior to mailing. Cancellations must be made by Friday, 5 pm, prior to publication date. Any late cancellation will result in a pre-determined cancellation fee. Composition and printing of preprints are not included in price but can be arranged.
Delivery: 2 weeks before the insertion date. We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that all deliveries to Bartash must contain the following information on both the SHIPPING LABEL and BILL OF LADING:
- YOUR company name
- YOUR publication titles that the shipment is intended to accompany
- The quantity of inserts or covers
- The NAME of the insert along with any special identifiers such as key-codes, promotional titles, expiration date and/or store locations
- Issue date / insert date
